Arline Reimann, Artist, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in visual art.
Passionate about her work and creative process, Ms. Reimann has been printmaker for 50 years and excels in her craft. She produces exceptional vinyl cuts and her process involves her, the cutter or other tools, and the plate instead of computers. Her work is currently on display at the Main Steet Arts Gallery, in Martinez, California, and will appear there until Oct. 6, 2019. Ms. Reimann’s recent art shows include an exhibition at the Boundary Oak Golf Course in California through July, August, and September 2019, a solo show at the Shadelands Art Center in Walnut Creek, California, in Spring 2019, and various one-woman shows at Walnut Creeks City Hall in 2015 and at the Heather Farm Community Center in Walnut Creeks in 2014.
As a testament to her success, Ms. Reimann received the Audubon Artists’ Jack Richeson & Co. Gold Brush Award in 2014, Cornelia Baker Presidential Memorial Award in 2014, and the Miriam Russo Enders Award from NAWA in 2011, among others. She has been affiliated with esteemed organizations such as the National Association of Women Artists, Audubon Artists, Society of American Graphic Artists, California Society for Printmakers and Phi Beta Kappa. Furthermore, Ms. Reimann has been lauded with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and has been featured in the 25th edition of Who’s Who in the East, the 27th edition of Who’s Who in the West, and multiple editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who of American Women.
