Chris Saint Clark, Owner/Artist at Kustom Thrills Tattoo, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in tattoo artistry.
Mr. Clark pursued an education at the Art Instruction Schools of Minnesota, earning a Bachelor of Arts in 1992. Before becoming a full-time tattoo artist, he worked as a bartender, and received an apprenticeship to study under the famous tattoo artist, Tony Olivas, in Atlanta. He worked under Mr. Olivas for six years, and after the terrorist attacks of September 11, he moved to Georgia and joined the U.S. National Guard. Mr. Clark served as a second lieutenant in the military police before moving to Nashville, Tennessee, where he currently works at and operates his own tattoo shop, Kustom Thrills Tattoo.
An accomplished artist for over 30 years, Mr. Clark has received over 100 awards for his artwork and tattooing. He has appeared on the television show “Ink Masters” and has developed a comic book and clothing line for children. Additionally, he has made appearances in the films “The Devil Walks Among Us” and “Race with the Devil.” Mr. Clark attributes his success to hard work and determination, and is an active member of the Alliance of Professional Tattooists and the National Tattoo Association. He advises young professionals to learn the craft from legends in the field. In the coming years, Mr. Clark plans to mentor aspiring tattoo artists.
